We affirm the following. . .

The Bible

The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God. The Bible consists of sixty-six books — namely, thirty-nine books of the Old Testament and twenty-seven books of the New Testament. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21; Hebrews 4:12; Psalm 19:7-8; Matthew 5:17-18)

The Triune God

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is the creator and sustainer of everyone and everything and therefore worthy of all glory, honor, and power (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 1:1-3; 10:30; Acts 5:3-4; Ephesians 4:4–6; Revelation 4:11)

Jesus Christ

God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, is fully God and fully man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He performed miracles, lived a sinless life and died on the cross, shedding his blood as the only sufficient atonement for our sins. He arose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, where he sits as our High Priest at the right hand of God the Father. He will return personally in power and glory, and he will judge all humanity. (John 1:1-3; Hebrews 1:1-3; 1 Timothy 3:16; Philippians 2:5-11; Matthew 1:18-23; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 2:9-10, 17; 4:14-16)

Salvation

All humanity is guilty of sin and faces the righteous judgment of God. However, Jesus Christ offered atonement for sin and eternal life through his sinless life, death on the cross, and bodily resurrection from the dead. Salvation is a gift of God’s grace that is received through repentance and faith in Christ. Furthermore, by the regeneration and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, those who have faith in  Christ are empowered to live faithful and obedient lives to the glory of God. (Luke 24:46–47; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 3:20-26; Galatians 5:19-24; Ephesians 1:7; 2:8–9; Titus 3:4–7)

Resurrection

All those who confess Jesus as Lord, as well as those who do not, will experience a final bodily resurrection. Those who confess Jesus as Lord will be resurrected unto eternal life in the presence of God, while those who do not confess Jesus as Lord will be resurrected unto eternal punishment away from the presence of God. (Acts 24:14-15; 1 Corinthians 15:20-22; 51-58; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Hebrews 9:27; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Revelation 20:10-15)

The Church

The church consists of all who confess true faith in Christ and are regenerated by the Holy Spirit. The church exists for the edification of believers and the discipleship of all nations. (Hebrews 10:24-25; Romans 12:4-8; I Corinthians 12:13; 14:12; Ephesians 2:19-22; Matthew 28:18-20)

Humanity

God created humanity in his image as two equal, but distinct sexes, male and female to know, love, and glorify him. Marriage is exclusively a union between one man and one woman. (Genesis 1:27; 2:24; Matthew 19:5; Ephesians 5:31)
